80th anniversary of the Provence landings and the liberation of Saint-Tropez

All season long, the town of Saint-Tropez will be commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Provence landings and the liberation of Saint-Tropez on August 15, 1944.
Wednesday August 14th
- 3:30pm: World War II military vehicle parade, Quai Suffren - Place des Lices
- 9:00 pm: Bal populaire, Place de la Mairie
- 10:00 pm: Mass of remembrance and gratitude, Chapelle Sainte-Anne.
- 11:30pm: Fireworks, Môle Jean-Réveille
Thursday August 15th
Patriotic ceremonies
- 9:30am: Provence Landing ceremony at the Monument de la Libération (Jardin de la Salle Jean Despas).
- 9:45am: Procession to the Allied Marines stele.
- 10.00am: Ceremony at the Allied Marines stele.
Afterwards, refreshments will be served on the Promenade des Marines Alliées.
