On May 3, 4 and 5, to open the 2025 summer season, top chefs from the Gulf of Saint-Tropez will be on hand to celebrate producers on the Place des Lices.
In the land of Saint-Tropez... from earth to plate.

In the heart of a legendary village steeped in history, authenticity and values, a host of chefs come together to celebrate producers and craftsmen.

Around a market of exceptional products on Saint-Tropez's famous Place des Lices, chefs reveal their secrets and introduce us to the region's producers and craftsmen. They're all here to help local, European and international customers discover the richness of our terroir, based on fundamental values: excellence, authenticity, sincerity, conviviality and sharing.

Three days of exchange, sharing and celebration for all.
Gérard Passedat, three-starred chef at Le Petit Nice in Marseille, was the patron of the event.

As last year, Guillaume Gomez, former head of the Élysée Palace and ambassador of French gastronomy, lent his support and presence.

From Saturday morning, crowds of insiders and onlookers strolled through the Place des Lices, on the lookout for tastings and purchases from stalls brimming with fresh vegetables, cheeses, seafood and other delicacies.
