We have two main skills which are Rental management and Real Estate Sales Management. For the Rental Property Management, we manage our 50 properties with the same standard and procedure that a 4 or 5 stars hotels have.
For the Rental management, our team is mainly from hospitality sector. Moreover, we will support you on your Purchase and Sales plan for your property. Holder of the professional Real Estate card, we are present in all the Saint-Tropez area, Saint-Tropez, Ramatuelle, Gassin, Grimaud, Sainte Maxime etc … Our rigor and follow up allow us to sale your property in good time.

Today we are managing 50 villas and apartment for Concierge and Rental management service in Saint-Tropez Area. For Property sales, we have 10 properties to sale. We are not looking to work on big volume but more on quality. That is why, we select properties according to high-quality criteria.
